Senior Corporate Lawyer/Corporate Lawyer

Inside Eagles Pty Ltd

Inside Eagles is a Sydney based boutique law firm providing commercial and in-house legal advice to a wide range of clients, from large established enterprises to technology start ups and early stage businesses.  We are looking for a dynamic corporate/commercial lawyer with at least 3 to 5 years’ post admission experience to join us.  Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience and a keen interest in the following areas:

• Corporations Act, shareholders’ agreements and shareholder relationships;

• Mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactional matters; 

• Corporate fundraising (especially for start ups and early stage companies), security offerings, private equity, debt finance;

• Sale and purchase of businesses and commercial contracts;

• Intellectual Property (including trade marks) (optional).

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following minimum job requirements:  

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ corporate law experience 

• Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships with valued clients

• Enthusiasm to work with startups and SMEs

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Current Australian practising certificate
